Wow! It blows my mind how the body was really programmed to do this. After 9 months of carrying baby, 8 weeks of postpartum, your uterus shrinks back from the size of a watermelon to a small orange. 🍊 This is currently week 4 for me and I can’t wait to be cleared for exercise! 🥹 But one step at a time on my journey to milfdom. 😌😂

I packed so much stuff for the hospital … but in the chaos, we left a lot of stuff at home and in the car. 😅 Let’s just say Mike ended up using towels for blankets and that plans and reality diverge when it comes to pregnancy. 😆 Maybe next time, we put everything in the car a week in advance.

I love love loved the Frida items. I will probably do a more in depth review on my blog of the difference between the Frida items vs the items you can get for free from the hospital, and where it’s worth it to spend extra etc.
